For several years the Missouri State University Libraries has offered an internal grant competition to its current full-time employees to fund innovative ideas, projects, content, and services. Recently Lindsey Taggart submitted an innovation grant to subscribe to Unsub. The Dean and Associate Dean reviewed the application and funded it in the amount of $2,500. As a safe way of providing library books, other information materials, and electronic equipment to students, faculty, and staff, Meyer Library is now offering 24/7 contactless locker pick up in the library’s main entrance. This week a group from the Campus Construction Team (CCT) at Missouri State University, part of the excellent Facilities Maintenance group, began removing the wall between Room 206 and 209 on the Second Level in Duane G. On Thursday, April 15, 2021, after a massive effort involving many people and nearly 700 work-hours, the “Back Issue Periodical Shift” project on the Lower Level of Duane G. Meyer Library was completed!
