WGTT Author Talk and Book Signing
Mark your calendars. On Tues. Sept. 21st at 2:00 p.m. there will be an author talk and book signing for the new book We Gave Them Thunder: Marmaduke’s Raid and the Civil War in Missouri and Arkansas, by William Garrett Piston and John C. Rutherford, published by the Ozarks Studies Institute, an ongoing initiative of the Missouri State University Libraries.The event will be held in the new Ozarks Room on the third (top) level of Duane G. Meyer Library. Participants may attend in person or online via Zoom. A Facebook event with the link will be created soon. There is no cost to attend this event, and no need to register. Refreshments will be served.
