Vicki Evans to Retire After 32 Years of Service

Vicki EvansVicki Evans, Accounting Specialist for the the Missouri State University Libraries, plans to retire December 31st, after 32 years of service to the University.

She began her career at SMS in the Bursar’s Office in Carrington Hall, where she worked for four years as a window cashier, before transferring to the library, prior to the expansion and renovation of the current Duane G. Meyer Library building. Her office was down the hall from where IG12 is now located on the Second Level East. 

A retirement reception for Vicki will be held on Tuesday, December 14th from 4:00 to 5:30 in the Ozarks Room on the Third Level of the Library. Light refreshments will be served. 

Her retirement plans including spending more time with her granddaughter, as well as with her husband and children. Congratulations, Vicki, and best wishes to you and your loved ones during your retirement!
