The General Counsel’s Office Record Group (RG 1/5) in Meyer Library’s Special Collections and Archives contains historical material about the university.  It dates mainly from the 1960s-1980s, but does contain material from as far back as 1938. The Curtis F. Marbut Collection (M 14) in Meyer Library’s Special Collections and Archives features mainly photographs taken by Mr. Marbut in South America in 1923-1924. Subjects include animals, vegetation, rivers, boats, towns and settlements, buildings, crops, land features, and people.
