MSU Librarians Present Zotero Workshop

MSU Librarians Present Zotero Workshop

Jessica Bennett and Joshua LambertJessica Bennett and Joshua Lambert recently hosted and presented a well-received webinar about the Zotero reference management tool to a small group of graduate students. Graduate students spend a lot of time collecting research and creating intellectual works from that research and Zotero can help them throughout this process. With Zotero, a researcher can find a useful resource and then save the metadata with one click in a browser. The one click also saves a PDF file and a web page snapshot if available. Once the references are collected, a list of citations can easily be created in over 9,000 citation styles. As open source software, Zotero is freely available to all who want to try it out!

This workshop was a collaborative effort between the MSU Libraries, the Graduate College, and the Graduate Student Senate. You can find the recording and additional information on the Graduate College Library Resource Guide.
