In light of fiscal and strategic considerations, the Missouri State University Libraries has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) from vendors for an Integrated Library System (ILS) or a Library Services Platform (LSP). Our current ILS/LSP solution is Innovative Interfaces, Inc.’s (III) Sierra, provided through our membership in the MOBIUS consortium. This system is integral to many behind-the-scenes operations and the public-facing catalog.

The choice of ILS/LSP that best fits the needs of the Libraries affects many processes and relationships, including MOBIUS. Our goal is to position the libraries for continued success. Brooks Travis, the IT Coordinator for MSU Libraries, will be managing our efforts on these matters, so feel free to reach out with any concerns or questions you might have.
