MSU Giving Day Coming in Early March

Giving Day image of Duane G. Meyer Library The Missouri State University Libraries plans to participate in the annual MSU Giving Day, which this year will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5th and conclude 36 hours later at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th.

Tom Peters, Dean of Library Services at MSU, will be one of the “ambassadors” during MSU’s Giving Day.

Peters observed, “It’s Missouri State’s third annual Giving Day, and I don’t want you to miss out! We have an opportunity to shape the future of MSU, so make your gift today at https://givingday.missouristate.edu/amb/MSULibraries. All gifts of all sizes will help us support the teaching, research, and service activities of students, faculty, and staff by providing great information, information services, and great spaces. Karen Horny, Emeritus Dean of MSU Libraries, has issued a Meyer Library Challenge: 

If 20 people give to the Meyer Library, a $5,000 gift from Karen Horny, the previous Dean of the Meyer Library, will be unlocked.
