Dean Peters to Speak at OSA Conference

Tom Peters, Dean of Library Services at Missouri State University, will speak next Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Ozarks Studies Association Annual Conference in West Plains, Missouri. He will participate in a panel discussion around the general topic of water resources in the Ozarks.
