Soon Rowena Stone will become the Secretary to the Board of Governors of Missouri State University. Her office was moved this week to Room 115C of Duane G. Meyer Library. She will be providing administrative assistance and record-keeping for the Board as it fulfills its responsibilities:

“Missouri State University is under the general control and management of the Board of Governors, which according to statutes of the state of Missouri, possesses full power and authority to adopt all needful rules and regulations for the guidance and supervision of the university.”
