Tom Peters to Speak at SCRLC One-Day Conference on Reference

Map of the SCRLC service region in south central New York StateThe South Central Regional Library Council, headquartered in Ithaca, New York, has invited Tom Peters, Dean of Library Services as Missouri State University, to lead and facilitate the one-day “Reflecting on Reference” conference they are planning for Friday, May 11th in Freeville, NY.

The South Central Regional Library Council’s (SCRLC’s) mission is to lead and advocate for member libraries by promoting learning, collaboration, and innovation. It is one of nine Reference and Research Library Resources Councils comprising the Empire State Library Network (ESLN). As a multi-type library consortium, SCRLC provides services to 20 academic, 19 hospital, and 18 corporate and non-profit libraries, as well as 3 public library systems, and 6 school library systems and their members, and reaches over 500 libraries in its service area.
