The search for a new Head of Library Information Technology at the Missouri State University Libraries on the main Springfield campus has been closed without the position being filled at this time.

The Search Committee, Chaired by Holly Kouns, recently made this recommendation to Tom Peters, Dean of Libraries, and Dean Peters concurred with their recommendation. 

We thank the members of the Search Committee for all of their hard, dedicated work and their persistence in trying to complete the search successfully. The search had been open for most of 2023.

Nathan Neuschwander has agreed to continue serving as the Interim Head of Library Information Technology. We thank him for his service.
