MSU Libraries Hosts Food Drive for Bear Pantry
The Missouri State University Libraries is collecting non-perishable food and toiletry items for MSU’s Bear Pantry. A collection bin is set up in the Duane G. Meyer Library Lobby through Oct. 31.
The Bear Pantry’s most-needed items include deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, razors, dry or canned beans, rice, pasta, cereal, canned fruit, canned vegetables, granola bars, boxed dinners, and canned meat.
Established in 2019, the Bear Pantry supports MSU students or staff members facing food insecurity. The pantry is run by student workers and graduate assistants.
