VIP Study Rooms Heading Into Finals Week
Three groups of up-to-five students will be treated to a new VIP Study Room experience as they prepare for Finals this weekend. Winners were selected during drawings at the First Year Pizza Party in September, as well as during Family Weekend later that month. The third winner emerged after a comment contest on Twitter. These three lucky groups will get a luxurious, all-expenses-paid 8-hour block of time in the Library Conference Room. Their brain food will include pizza, snacks, and their drink of choice (non-alcoholic). (They chose sweet tea and lemonade.) The purpose of these VIP Study Rooms is to support student success and give them a peak library experience. The winners are Sarah Radecki (junior in Kinesiology), Riley Weaver (freshman in Global Studies), and Bayley Bartow (freshman in the School of Nursing). Nathan Neuschwander coordinated this new initiative.
