Scopus is Coming to MSU
Missouri State University Library is proud to announce that SCOPUS and SCOPUS AI have been acquired for the library’s digital collections.
SCOPUS is an industry leading abstract and citation database that helps students and faculty researchers find relevant and authoritative resources. SCOPUS also has features that help library users to identify experts in their fields while also gaining access to reliable data, metrics, and analytical tools.
SCOPUS AI is an intuitive and intelligent search tool informed by generative AI that enhances understanding and enriches insights with unprecedented speed and clarity. SCOPUS AI was designed to eliminate AI hallucinations, thus providing reputable and reliable citations for its users.
Both of these products boast one of the largest abstract and full-text journal pools in the world as they access information from over 7,000 publishers, as well as 50,000 open access (OA) publishers and OA repositories. Additionally, SCOPUS acquires records from MEDLINE and EMBASE, making it a standard across STEM and non-STEM disciplines.
Meyer will launch these databases December 1, 2024.
