Football Games and Study Hall Hours
Fall festivities are in full swing and with it comes the start of college football season. MSU’s Football schedule will bring five games to Robert W. Plaster Stadium this year, with the first home game scheduled for Saturday, September 14. University Library is implementing “study hall hours” during these home games to prioritize study and research.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The library will open and close at its usual Saturday times (9am – 6pm).
- Study hall hours begin 3 hours before kick-off and end 30 minutes after the start of the game.
- If you plan to visit the library on the days of home games, you should plan to arrive before the start of study hours or wait until after they end to access the building. This applies to all library visitors, including BearPass holders.
- You’re welcome to leave the building during study hours, but you will not be able to re-enter until study hall hours end.
