The Missouri State University Libraries, located on the main Springfield campus of Missouri State University, soon will undertake a search for a Distributed User Support Services (DUSS) staff member. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

This Distributed User Support Specialist (DUSS) will be based in Duane G. Meyer Library and will support computer workstations and other technology in offices, labs, classrooms.The DUSS installs, maintains, and resolves problems with computers, software, and other equipment in labs, classrooms, and offices, helps to plan technology purchases for the MSU Libraries, prepares specifications and configurations for new equipment, prepares documentation relating to hardware and software, assists in installing and maintaining servers, and tracks software licensure renewals and warranty use.
