Special Issue of OzarksWatch Highlights Ozarks Program on the National Mall
This week, the Ozarks Studies Institute at Missouri State University published a special issue of OzarksWatch
Magazine featuring all the best moments of The Ozarks: Faces and Facets of a Region presentation at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, which took place this summer on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
OzarksWatch is typically published twice annually, but this special issue is a bonus which will be distributed at no extra cost to subscribers. The 52 saddle-stitched pages tell the story in words and vibrant images as if you were right there with the participants in the nation’s capital. Complete with recipes and fond recollections, as well as praise for the people and groups who helped put the event together, this unique edition is one you won’t want to miss.
The next issue of OzarksWatch is currently in production. Its theme is Treasures of the Ozarks. If you wonder what that could possibly mean, well, I suppose you’ll just have to subscribe.
