Campus Delivery of Library Materials for Faculty and Staff
The MSU Libraries has a Campus Delivery service, delivering books, DVDs, and CDs to academic departmental offices. From Strong Hall to Craig Hall to Brick City, and everywhere in between, Campus Delivery is going strong. We thank our excellent and energetic student assistants for hoofing it all over campus.
This year, so far, we have delivered 181 InterLibrary Loan (ILL) and 231 Meyer Library items, as well as a few West Plains Garnett and Barbe items to academic faculty and staff across the main Springfield campus for a total of 418 delivered items.
Our numbers are not as high as they were in 2019, pre-COVID, but they are trending back up. We have a goal of assisting faculty and staff, both in their teaching and research efforts, and of having a positive impact on the overall Missouri State University Community.
The last day for Campus Delivery for the Fall 2023 Semester will be December 13th. We will resume services on January 16, 2024.
We also appreciate all of the departmental administrative assistants who receive the items for their faculty and staff and who communicate staff and location changes so well, which helps us stay accurate and informed.
