FY21 Annual Report Released
The Missouri State University Libraries 2021 Annual Report is now available to view online. The publication showcases our recent projects, partnerships and initiatives – all of which culminated into one of our most successful years to date.
Most notably, the report features our new agreement with the Smithsonian Institution to bring the Ozarks region to the national stage in 2023 as part of the annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will be a major effort of the MSU Libraries in 2022 and 2023.
Additionally, the report highlights our recent digitization efforts including the Bryan T.E. Bisney Collection and the Ozark Jubilee Digitization Project. The report also features a conversation with longtime friend of the library, Wayne Glenn, who helped kickstart the Ozark Jubilee project.
As we reflect on our efforts and initiatives over the last year, the library team would like to thank everyone – library employees, university colleagues, donors, supporters, and community and regional partners – who helped make 2021 a resounding success for the MSU Libraries. With your continued support, another landmark year is underway in 2022 – thank you.
